Welcome!

The Wellness Community is dedicated to helping people with cancer and their loved ones feel more confident about decisions related to treatment options for cancer. One option that is often overlooked is the possibility of a cancer clinical trial.

We appreciate your assistance in reviewing some information about cancer clinical trials, then telling us if you found it to be helpful. We will use your feedback to improve the way we present information to the public. In return, you will learn valuable information which may help you now or in the future.

Here's what we'd like you to do:

Please follow steps 1-5 in order. This is both educational for you, and important for us. You will be asked to answer a series of questions about yourself (everything will be kept confidential). Then, please take time to watch a helpful video from the National Cancer Institute (NCI) about clinical trials and how the process works for people with cancer; review our online brochure; and read some information from the NCI website. Following these steps, we'd like you to complete a final online survey about the information you received.

If you provide your permission, we'd also like to call you 30-45 days after you complete these surveys to ask you a few brief follow-up questions.

We value your opinion and feedback. People with cancer need to know more about the treatment options that are available for them, and this is your chance to help.

Thank you!

If at any time you need to leave this survey and return to it later, just come back to this page and pick up where you've left off. (Please note that the each individual survey must be completed all at one time!)

Below are the steps in the survey process. Simply click on each link in order as you complete each step.
