Steven
Alonso : Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Steven Alonso started his career 21 years ago at Procter &
Gamble in manufacturing and held different leadership positions
in operations. In 1986 he entered the financial services
industry
as a senior consultant with LoBue and Associates. His primary
assignments involved re-engineering, startups and turnarounds.
His clients included Household International, Citicorp USA
and Citibank Europe. Steven led the re-engineering effort
at
Household International, which centralized all back office
operations from a distributed branch network. This resulted
in over 18% annual revenue growth and the elimination of
$30MM of run rate expense with a 50% reduction in brick
and mortar.
Steven then joined Household to run East coast operations
and later to run operations for Household Mortgage, the
Freddie
Mac/Fannie Mae mortgage bank.
In 1993 Steven was hired by Banc One Corporation to build
a national consumer finance franchise from its small finance
company in Marion, Indiana. Over a 6-year timeframe, Steven
led the effort that transformed a company with $300MM in
assets, 270 associates and $18MM in pretax earnings to a
multi-business
lender with $12B in assets, 4,500 associates and $300MM in
pretax earnings. The vast majority of the growth was not
achieved
through acquisition but was organic. The combined business
had compounded annual growth rate of 43% and a return on
equity
of over 30%.
Steven has a strong record of starting up and turning around
large businesses by significantly increasing profits and
returns.
Steven received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. He
received
his Master of Business Management from Stevens Institute
in Hoboken, NJ.

Jean Beaver
: Director of Human Resources
Jean Beaver has spent 26 years
in the human resources arena, beginning her career at Indiana
National Bank in Indianapolis as a nonexempt recruiter. As
Indiana National Bank merged with other banking organizations,
becoming INB, NBD, First Chicago/NBD and then Bank One, Jean
managed all functions of HR including benefits, compensation,
recruitment, associate relations and training throughout her
career.
Jean was a member of a task force based out of Chicago tasked
with redesigning HR, creating a state-of-the-art function
which allowed for movement from a traditional, transactional
HR division to a strategic partnership arrangement between
HR and the line.
Jean spent a year in retirement, after which she joined Oak
Street Mortgage as the Human Resources Director.
Jean received her Bachelor of Science from Morehead State
University in Morehead, KY and her Master's from Indiana Wesleyan
University in Marion, IN. She also teaches master-level courses
for the university on a part-time basis.

Glenn Brunker
: Executive Director of Retail Production
Glenn Brunker joined Oak Street
Mortgage with over 18 years' experience in the lending industry.
Glenn held several senior leadership positions at Household
International, Bank One and Boatmen's Bank prior to partnering
with Oak Street. Glenn maintains a proven track record of
leading rapid expansion, large scale retail and wholesale
lending businesses servicing conforming through non-prime.
He is experienced in bringing complex new businesses from
conception to production on budget and on time as well as
leading rapid organic expansion in the future years.
At Household Mortgage Services, Inc., Glenn managed national
operations processing through investor delivery for
both the retail and wholesale divisions as SVP National Operations.
This business line originated in excess of $3 Billion production
nationally. At Boatmen's National Bank, Glenn was responsible
for national retail and wholesale operations and centralized
production as the SVP Production Administration. Boatmen's
average annualized production levels were in excess of $5.6
Billion. In addition, Glenn also was the Director of Sub-Prime
Lending at Boatmen's. Glenn held the position of SVP National
Operations and Centralized Sales at Banc One Home Loan Services,
Inc. servicing all operational functions supporting annual
wholesale production levels of $3.6 Billion. His most recent
assignment prior to joining Oak Street was at Bank One leading
a Regional Sales Center of 560 FTE managing all out-of-footprint
Bank One Business in 17 states.
Glenn received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from
Northern Illinois University and his Master of Business Administration
from DePaul University, Chicago, IL.

D. Scott
Clarke : Executive Director of Corporate Development and Secondary Marketing
With 17 years' experience in the residential mortgage banking and consumer lending sectors, Scott Clarke has repeatedly proven himself by providing measurable results in high growth environments. His former positions, ranging from Branch Manager at Household International to Senior Vice President of Operations at Banc One, supplied him with a unique mix of operational, sales and staff experience.
As a Manager at Household International, Scott gained firsthand knowledge of
the concerns of both conforming and non-conforming borrowers. In 1993 Scott joined
Bank One in the "Office of the President" which provided a diverse array of experiences
ranging from strategic planning and execution oversight to distribution channel
reengineering. As Senior Vice President of Operations with Bank One, Scott enjoyed
a broad range of experiences ranging from loan operations management to credit
risk and credit policy development and implementation for a $6.0B portfolio.
Scott realized significant increases in productivity by centralizing loan processing
for a national distribution network consisting of 115 branch offices into two
regional sites that resulted in $2 billion in annually funded loans. His efforts
ultimately improved clients' experience by providing consistent service, decreasing
the turnaround times for loan approvals, and reducing unit costs by 40%. In addition,
Scott was responsible for the de novo startup of the company's secondary marketing
function. Scott has had substantial experience in secondary marketing, product
development, pricing and building investor relationships through the origination
and sale of over $10 billion in the secondary mortgage market.
In his position as Partner and Executive Director with Oak Street Mortgage, Scott
leads the Corporate Development and Secondary Marketing efforts of the company.
In
addition, Scott is responsible for all merger and acquisition activities for
the company.
His proven understanding of the behavior of borrowers, as well as the internal
workings of consumer lending on the local and national level, place him in an
excellent
position to impact Oak Street Mortgage's profitability and its clients' experience.
Scott received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies, with a minor in Economics, from State University of New York, College of Oswego and has received Executive Development Program training at The J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Mike Ford
: Executive Director of Wholesale Business
Mike Ford has 30 years' experience
in the financial services industry. He started his career
with General Electric Capital in their consumer finance Management
Development Program. Of his 13 years with G.E., eight were
spent
in the consumer finance and mortgage group, where he progressed
through the ranks in branch, area, regional and territory
positions, primarily in the western states. Mike then spent
one and one-half years as Manager of Operations and Strategic
Planning in Tokyo, Japan, working with the start-up joint
venture company, owned by G.E. and Toshiba Credit. Mike's
responsibilities included training of credit and collections,
strategic planning, and policy decisions. He also acted
as
liaison between the Japanese venture and the parent company.
Mike's last years at G.E. were spent in the private label
credit card business, where as Territory Manager he was responsible
for over 200 employees in the west, and managed, on a national
scale, G.E.'s largest private label credit card customer
at the time, Apple Computer.
In 1986 Mike joined Security Pacific International Finance
in San Diego as Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity
he traveled extensively to Europe and Asia working in concert
with the Managing Directors of the six entities, in product
development, strategic planning, and ensuring that operational
controls were in place. He also was acting Managing Director
of the Germany operation for a six-month period of time,
while a search was being conducted for a permanent manager.
This
appointment required the approval of Germany's banking authorities. After
leaving the international business, Mike managed the western
region of Security Pacific's asset based financing division,
with $150MM in assets.
After working for CIT for three years, Mike joined Banc One
to start and manage their national correspondent business.
Within
three years Banc One was a recognized force in the business,
generating over $200MM in monthly volume with an ROE of
over 20%. It
was during this time that he was selected to lead Banc One's
National Brokered Home Equity business, one of six business
heads that reported to the president of Banc One Consumer
Financial Services Group. The business produced $64MM pretax
earnings in Mike's first year and originated $3B in mortgage
volume.
Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree from Clarion

Craig Royal
: Chief Financial Officer
Craig Royal has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and financial services industries. Throughout his career, Craig has focused on the maximization of stakeholder value and identifying those financial structures for acquiring companies and capital, which maximize their strategic benefits to the company.
As CFO of Oak Street Mortgage, Craig is responsible for developing the financial systems and tools needed to assist the leadership in their efforts to grow and develop their business lines.
Prior to joining Oak Street Mortgage, Craig was the President
of a private financial consulting company specializing in
corporate finance, financial management and mergers and acquisitions.
During his tenure as a consultant, Craig developed the business
and merger plan for a not-for-profit senior housing company
with 1,500 associates, $30MM in revenues and $50MM in assets.
In development of the business plan, Craig had been retained
to be the Chief Financial Officer of the new entity. Prior
to becoming a consultant, Craig was the President of Newco
Investment Services, a Golf Course and Residential Land Development
Company. Under his leadership Craig lead the recapitalization
of two then bankrupt golf club and residential companies,
completed the development of an 18-hole championship golf
course and a 250-lot community while managing the ultimate
liquidation of the company's assets to a series of outside
investors. The company managed over 125 employees and
a revenue base of over $6.0 million per year.
Prior to becoming the President of Newco Investment Services,
Craig was the CFO of Hubbell Realty Company, a commercial
and residential real estate firm with assets in excess of
$250MM and over 350 associates, agents and loan originators.
Hubbell
Realty Company is the premier commercial and residential
land development company in Iowa. During his tenure with
Hubbell Realty Company, Craig was responsible for investor
relations,
structuring and managing capital acquisition, MIS and securing
construction, interim and permanent debt.
Craig earned both his Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master's Degree from Drake University in Des Moines, IA.

Dennis Trent
: Chief Operations Officer
Dennis Trent has over 22 years of experience in the mortgage
banking and consumer finance industries. His depth of experience
includes both front line and senior management in sales, operations,
secondary marketing, project management, training and process
engineering. Much of his career has been focused on start-ups
and turn around of non-performing companies and departments.
His expertise in process analysis has achieved substantial
efficiency gains and expense reductions. Dennis brings a unique
quality to Oak Street Mortgage through his ability to strategically
develop the operational structure necessary to support the
organization, while being committed to the satisfaction of
our customers.
Prior to Oak Street Mortgage, Dennis spent 19 years with
Fortune 500 companies. Most recently he was Executive Vice
President with Banc One Financial Services for 6 years, responsible
for building the operations to support a $6 billion organization.
This included bringing technology and improved process to
areas such as processing, underwriting, secondary marketing,
collections and customer service. The result efficiency gains of over 60%, while substantially lowering unit cost
by 45%.
Prior to joining Banc One, Dennis was with Household International
for 13 years. Starting as a branch trainee, he rose quickly
to branch management and then division management. He played
a key role in the re-engineering effort at Household International,
which centralized all back office operations from a distributed
branch network. Dennis was responsible for the national retail-underwriting
group with annual production of over $6.0 billion dollars.
He successfully transitioned all of the operations from three
centers into one, improving efficiency, quality and reducing
costs.
In addition, Dennis was instrumental
in improving central processes in the areas of customer service,
file management, collections and compliance.
Dennis obtained his Bachelors of Arts Degree with a major
in Business Administration from Loyola College in Baltimore,
MD.
