How We Obtain
Information
We collect non-public personal information
about you from the following sources:
- Information we
receive from you on applications or other forms, such as
your name, address, social security number, assets, and
income;
- Information about
your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such
as your account balance, payment history, and parties to
transactions; and
- Information we
receive from a consumer-reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness
and credit history.
We collect information only if we believe
it applies to one or more of the following purposes:

or useful part of our relationship with you;

as a title company, a bi-monthly payment plan company, and
other mortgage lending companies. By sharing information about
your accounts and relationships among our family of companies,
we are better able to provide you with the accounts and services
you want, measure your interest in new products and services,
improve existing products, and monitor customer trends. Our

Sharing Information
With Companies That Work For Us
Companies such as appraisal companies, title
companies or credit reporting agencies sometimes act on our
behalf to provide services necessary to complete a transaction
for you. We may also share information about you to companies
that perform marketing services for us or with whom we have
joint marketing agreements. These companies are obligated
to keep the information we provide them confidential.
We do not sell consumer information. We
do not share specific nonpublic personal information about
you or your account(s), except as follows:
- It is needed to
complete a customer transaction.
- It is provided
to a financial institution, reputable information-reporting
agency, merchant, or other person in accordance with standard
mortgage lending industry practice.
- You request or
authorize it.
- It is required
by law or is necessary to resolve a consumer dispute.
- You have been
informed of the possibility of disclosure to third parties
for marketing or similar purposes and are given the opportunity
to opt out.
