EXERCISE & STRESS MANAGEMENT
Finding tools to take care of yourself while going through a cancer experience is an important way to feel involved in your healthcare. Through appropriate exercise and mind-body techniques, the immune system can be strengthened and your quality of life can improve.

At TWC, we offer a variety of classes geared to help you in your efforts to strengthen your body and spirit.


Currently the following programs are available:

Meditation with Gretchen Daggett, MA Mondays 4:30-5:15 PM
Qi-Gong with Chun Chi Zhu Tuesdays 2:30-3:30PM
Tai Chi with Chun Chi Zhu Tuesdays 3:45-4:45 PM
Yoga with Gretchen Daggett,MA Mondays 5:45-7:00 PM
Yoga with Claire Willis, LICSW Tuesdays 9:15-10:15 AM
Yoga with Barbara Levine Wednesdays 3:30-4:45 PM
Yoga with Gretchen Daggett,MA Thursdays 5:00-6:15 PM
Strength Training Wednesdays at 7:00 – 8PM

Strength Training: Led by Mary Kennedy, BS, ACSM, HFI. Learn the basics of strength training in a supportive and gentle atmosphere where consideration of your physical condition is considered and appropriate exercises for you are identified.
